Lilly

This Sunday I had the pleasure of snapping some photos with my lovely and gorgeous friend Lilly. Although we had some troubles in the process, I am quite please with the results, as this was the first time I used my softboxes (which had arrived a month before but oh well, I am the queen of procrastination). I do see some flaws (mainly in the angles and lines) but the overall defect I see the most is the blur of the photos, manly due to my shaky hands. I believe I will buy some lens with image stabilizer option to minimize this. I just get the shakes and I've had some gorgeous photos ruined thanks to my unstable hands. And because today (19th) is my birthday I know by the weekend I'll get some money from my family. Hopefully that, and some more when I get paid by the end of the month, will be enough for me to get a new lens with IS mode.

On the more "personal" side, I believe me and my friend Lilly with hard work and some resources will make it big. I need more technique and she needs a bit more expression but with work we'll be there.. Up in the starts, me shooting Miss Mosh, OpheliasOverdose, she on covers of magazines... We hope high, and maybe the impossible, but why hope for little?
